Tessa Kortekaas has taken victory in this last stage alone ahead of Marta Romeu and is proclaimed absolute winner in the women’s general of this edition of the Skoda Titan Desert Morocco.

Sergio Mantecón has won this last stage alone ahead of Roberto Bou and Miguel Muñoz who entered half a minute later. Roberto Bou stands as the absolute winner of this Skoda Titan Desert Morocco. Congratulations to the winners!!

The leader Roberto Bou is on the break with his teammate Miguel Muñoz and Sergio Mantecón followed at 1 minute by Fran Herrero, Josep Betalú, Jorge Lamiel and Pierre Billaud, the race is completely broken with many small groups. Bou is heading towards the final victory in this Skoda Titan Desert Morocco with a few kilometers remaining for his final flag.

Marc, Pol and Joan. The three members of the Quality Team. One of the teams of three participating in the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco. The oldest of them is Joan, a true Titan Legend Platinum with more than 8,000 kilometers in Titan World Series tests behind him. Marc and Pol are younger, although they are not new to the race either. What is most striking about this story is that the three of you share a single last name: Montaner. Joan is the father of Pol and Marc.

They are the only family of three that participates in this edition. “In the end it is that the race itself is already a small family”, explains Joan. “I started on the recommendation of a friend and I have been here for 14 years. In the end, it is a date that you cannot miss. It is the opportunity to meet with friends and I want them to know this too.

When passing through CP2, the head of the race is grouped with a total of 14 units that includes the favorites of the test in the men’s category. In the women’s category, Tessa Kortekaas continues unstoppable on her way to victory and is more than 1 minute ahead of second-placed Marta Romeu.

The Titans have already taken the start in this last stage after yesterday’s exciting and historic day in which we experienced changes of leaders in both the men’s and women’s classifications. Roberto Bou attacked from the start, being able to maintain an income that gave him the lead in this Skoda Titan Desert Morocco in a historic solo ride, while Tessa Kortekaas did the same in the women’s classification, making history by being the first woman to enter the the overall Top 10 of a stage.
