On the occasion of the SheTitan program and with the help of personal trainer Sara Carmona, we have prepared an exclusive training plan for all those who want to participate in the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco 2025.

Our race celebrates 20 editions and we want to do it with you: helping you to solve all your doubts and advising you to arrive as best prepared as possible to May 1st.

Who is this plan aimed to?

Anyone who wants to participate in the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco 2025 can follow it. It is a plan designed for begginers or for veterans who want to arrive in even better form to the race.

What kind of training will I find in the plan?

The exercises are very detailed and flexible, adapted to the needs of anyone who wants to follow them. They range from strength days, rest days and bike or home bike sessions. These sessions are also listed by hours, mileage or intensity, as well as the type of terrain on which it would be recommended to do them.

In addition, Sara has included a whole series of tips to adapt the exercises in case they cannot be followed 100%.

How long does the program last?

Six months. The first session starts on November 1st and is designed to arrive in top shape for the race on May 1st.

What I can’t follow it from the beggining?

The ideal and what the plan is designed for is to follow it from November 1st, but a person who does cycling or sport regularly can join later and still arrive in a good preparation to that May 1st when the race starts.

How can I receive the next month’s planning?

The first month’s schedule is already published. From December onwards, we will send by mail the planning of each month to the people who have completed the form that you have a little further up in this page.
